Way to get Google Listing

Okay, so you’ve got your blog up and running…To get your site’s pages indexed takes time, it helps though if you submit your url to all major search engines. The whole process takes quite a few weeks, but there are a few tips on getting early listings from google, this one is good even if your blog is established, or still relatively new…

It is useful especially if you have a news related blog..Getting your blog listed as a news source on Google news.

First go to www.News.Google.com. Then scroll to the bottom of the page to about google news, click on it. Then Click Help for publishers>submit content>send us. Here you can fill out a form which submits your site to Google as a possible news source listing. Another tactic for this is to e-mail news-feedback@google.com. Or possibly even try both methods. Of course, your site must have relevent content for Google to include, but well worth a try do you think?

Hi Mark,
Thanks for the comment. Actually, it is early in the morning and I have just followed your link and several past the original. I tried to register my blog but was told that wordpress didn’t allow it. Yet, I see you have these sites on your blog.

I wasn’t kidding when I said I was challenged. I see that this project, initially started to promote my books, is bigger than I expected and I see how easy it is to get caught up in the process.

I will have to seek outside help to explain this to me. I do very much appreciate your comments.
